Shipping policy

-Orders are processed and shipped out in 3-5 business days.(Does not include shipping time) This is because books are wrapped to order.This ensures that I am providing the only the best quality items to you while also maintaining proper packaging. 

-All orders will be shipped via USPS. Shipping rates are determined by package weight, size, and USPS rates.

-Please ensure your address is correct in the address line. I am not responsible for packages getting lost due to the wrong address, shipping refund will not be issued. If customer requests reship, customer will pay for the cost of the reship. 

-I am not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Once I give the package to USPS, it is their responsibility to get the package to you. please file a claim with USPS prior to emailing me about your order.

-I am not responsible for damaged products due to shipping. I package orders with care to ensure no breakage. if a product is damaged, contact me at info.ravensdaydream@gmail.com with a photo and the order number, and will compromise on a final decision for a replacement and or refund.

Tracking numbers are sent to the email or phone number on file (inputted when you placed your order) when your order is processed and ready to ship. Please check spam folder if you did not receive tracking email.
